Order procedure on BTTLNS.com

To place an order at BTTLNS.com you can choose out of three account options:

- I already have an account: You already have an account and can log in with your login credentials

- Order without account: You do not have account and enter your details once. If you choose to order without account you can not retrieve your order status and no order history is kept within our system

- Sign up for an account: Create your account and easily login with it on our website.

To place an order at BTTLNS.com

- Find your product (s)
- Place all desired products in the shopping cart with the order button
- Go to your shopping cart
- Log in if you are already an existing customer, or create a new account
- Check your order and your data for accuracy and adjust your order if neccessary
- Choose your desired payment method
- Confirm your order

You can on our website the product of your choice and click you desired size, color (if applicable) and some choose. Then click on the button order and the item will appear in your shopping cart. Pressing the button to click away for the product, your product is removed from your cart remove. At the time you finish your order, select the desired shipping method, you confirm that you have read our terms and conditions by clicking on the box and then press the button order. The agreement is currently established.

The order summary of your order is then within seconds in your mailbox worried, then our records your invoice in pdf format will send. In the case of (partial) payment, you can make payments according to the instructions on the invoice. If you have chosen a shipment you the amount paid in cash upon delivery.

You can use the comments field any questions or comments to your order, such as an alternative delivery address.

Your order has been placed, what happens next?

After your order has been placed, an order summary will be sent automatically to your email address. After your order has been picked up for delivery, an automated mail will be sent to your email address with the track and trace code of your order. The original invoice will be in your package.
